Spend just a minute on each one, 10 minutes in all.
What would I do if I only had six months to live? If there is something you would do in that situation, why wait? Why are you not doing it NOW!
How would I change my life if I won £1 million? What three things would you do differently? What would you do with your life? If your answer is that you would change areas in your life, you need to examine those areas NOW!
What have I always wanted to do but am afraid to attempt? Where is the fear of failure holding you back? Often, the thing we are afraid to do, is the one thing that is our destiny or purpose
What one thing would I dare to dream if I knew I could not fail? When you answer this, it becomes your focal point. When you answer this you have your Major definite purpose in life.
To establish if a goal is what you want rather than what you think you should do or have to do, ask yourself this question “If nobody noticed or nobody cared, would I still want it?” If the answer is “Yes” then it is a goal you want.
Between stimulus and response is choice. The word responsibility is just that. Response Ability The ability to choose your response. Make positive choices!
Ask yourself “What is working for me right now?” and do more of it! “What is not working in my life right now?” and stop doing it!
What do you believe to be your natural gifts and talents, things you are naturally good at? Write down how and where you can use them more in your life.
Ask yourself “What one skill if I developed and did it in an excellent way would help me the most to be where I want to be?”
Whatever action (or non action) you are doing at any time, ask yourself “Is what I’m doing now taking me closer or further away from my goal?” This will help you focus on the actions you need to be taking.
